1. Who we are

VIBE Halong Cruises (Tuan Chau Marina Building, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh, Vietnam) is responsible for the personal data you share with us. This policy follows Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details: full name, email address, phone number and country.
• Booking details: travel dates, number of guests, passport or ID number required by the port authority for on-board registration, dietary needs and special requests.
• Payment data is processed directly by our payment partner Airwallex; we never store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to confirm and manage your booking, register guests with the cruise ship and the Quang Ninh Port Authority, answer your enquiries, send booking reminders and, only with your consent, share seasonal offers.

4. Sharing your data

We share only what is necessary with the cruise operator you have booked, transfer providers and payment processors. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for 5 years to meet Vietnamese accounting requirements. Enquiries that did not lead to a booking are deleted after 24 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your marketing consent at any time, by emailing privacy@vibehalongcruises.com. We respond within 72 hours.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the booking process working and analytics cookies to improve the website. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
